DISTRIBUTION CENTER

The TPV distribution center is responsible for storing, packaging and delivering finished goods to customers throughout Europe and part of the Middle East region.

Distribution Center stores three groups of products:

      ⇒ TV sets
      ⇒ Monitors
      ⇒ Audio-Video

The above clusters are purely for product identification, distribution and storage, use a flexible approach to connecting businesses and use economies of scale to achieve greater cost efficiency.

STORAGE

TV sets are delivered directly from the Gorzów Production Lines. Monitors and audio equipment are transported by sea from China.

TPV stores in high storage racking systems of WDX and STOW technological solutions.

Packing is done according to the customer's requirements.

Interesting facts:

• The finished goods warehouses in Gorzów Wielkopolski cover over 60,000 square meters, that`s almost 9 football pitches.

• The volume of warehouses is 620,000 cubic meters, that`s almost 2.5 thousand single-family houses with an area of ​​100 square meters.

• The capacity reaches 1.5 million pieces of TV/monitors and audio in total, which gives a supply for 1-3 months of sales.

• The warehouse serves over 300 employees in 2 and 3 shifts, that`s over 27 football teams.

• Over 100 cars loaded daily, if placed in a queue the total length of 15 football pitches and this queue would cover almost 500 km per year, that`s the distance from Gorzów to Hamburg.
