Manufacturing

We offer comprehensive contract manufacturing services for TVs ranging in size from 19 to 100 inches. If there is a need to produce larger TVs, we are ready to respond to such demand.  

Currently, we can produce TVs in all technologies:

⇒ LED
⇒ Mini LED
⇒ OLED

Our processing capacity is 8 million TV sets per year.

We use our own Repair Center, which obviously shortens repair time and lowers their costs.

Technologies


  • In order to improve the quality of our products and increase processing capacity, we focused on process automation.     We use twisting robots, automatic component scanners, automatic wrapping machines, palletizing machines, turntables, test stations, and autonomous carts (AMR).

Distribution center

The TPV distribution center is responsible for storing, packaging and delivering finished goods to customers throughout Europe and part of the Middle East region.

Currently Distribution Center stores three groups of products:

⇒ Monitors
⇒ Audio-Video

The above clusters are purely for product identification, distribution and storage, use a flexible approach to connecting businesses and use economies of scale to achieve greater cost efficiency.

Repair Center

We`re operate within the structures of TPV Displays Polska, employs qualified specialists who constantly improve their qualifications by participating in numerous training courses.

Specialists have access to all possible components necessary for repairs, so it is possible to repair any type of defect (electrical, mechanical, functional damage) of TV sets to the full range.

Scope of Repair Center repairs refers to:

⇒ panels LCD, OLED i Open Cell
⇒ main boards
⇒ TV sets
⇒ Public Displays
⇒ monitors for professionals and home use
⇒ audio - video
⇒ LED modules for multimedia walls
⇒ TV power supplies

Call Center

This is where our customers can obtain professional and comprehensive technical support for a wide range of products.

Customer support was established at the beginning of 2021. To open a Polish support line, we hired a group of specialists who, due to their skills and knowledge, are able to solve almost any after-sales problem.

In 2022, we made another nod to our customers by opening a support line in Ukrainian.

Our consultants who will be happy to help you with technical issues regarding our products 
from Monday to Friday, 9 am. - 6 pm.

TPV Poland

TPV Displays Poland is located in the Kostrzyńsko -Słubickiej Economic Zone in Gorzów Wielkopolski on an area of 333,000 m2 , where there are four buildings with a total area of 150,000 m2.

The Gorzów production centre is the only factory of the Chinese group TPV Technology Limited in Europe. Annually, 11.500 containers with components for TV production as well as monitors and audio equipment arrive at our location. Around 100 trucks leave the factory in Gorzów every day.

Thanks to our location, we are able to reach most European capitals within 24 hours. Trucks with the annual production of our plant, lined up one after the other, would form a chain stretching from Gorzów Wielkopolski to Szczecin.
